Andy and his team of expert teachers have successfully developed one of the most innovative and blended programmes of training to non-specialists in the country, weaving together both Maths subject knowledge and subject-specific pedagogy across the secondary curriculum; including Mastery. We are committed to developing both the conceptual understanding and procedural techniques for our trainees to ensure we have confident practitioners in the classroom.
